Mr. Swatantar. K. [SK] Chauhan, USA Citizen, born in India, holds Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering [BSEE] from Kurukshetra University, India. Also, he held Professional Engineering [PE] license from State of Tennessee, USA. After being a Consulting Engineer [5 yrs.] and then working as Chief Engineer [8 yrs.] in power sector in USA, he founded several successful companies world-wide mainly in IT sectors developing software solutions in Utility, Healthcare, Public Safety, Transportation and Real Estate sectors.

UAI, Inc. in USA & Utility Automation Private Limited [UAPL] in India was founded by Mr. S.K. Chauhan in 1998 and 1999 respectively. Later, restructured UAPL and open a new entity as UAPL INDIA Pvt. Ltd. in 2023. UAI/ UAPL designed and implemented integrated IT Solutions for Utility Industry [Electric, Water and Gas], EMA, Police, Fire, Smart City, Healthcare and Real Estate sectors in over 133 Cities in 23 States in USA, spanned across Alaska to Florida and Puerto Rico.. UAI sold his Utility Division to Trimble, current market cap 13.25 billion, [Stock Symbol NASDAQ: TRMB] for an undisclosed amount. UAPL delivered over 100 integrated IT Projects, in utility and other areas in collaboration with UAI in the United States of America. UAPL provided services such as software development, map digitization, IT services and other host of technical services to complete all the IT projects implemented in 23 States of USA. Integrated IT projects included complete business process automation, front-end software applications, back-end data integration, hardware and software installation, cyber security, multi agency platform integration, executive dashboard, reporting engine and other related technical services to deliver a turnkey project.
